I recently came across a hilarious and wildly popular YouTube personality - a drain cleaner from Australia with an unlikely following and an unmistakable closing line.

At the end of every video, he thanks the "Drain Clean Australia family," always insisting it was a team effort. Simple words. Genuine delivery. And they always land - even from halfway around the world, through a screen.

It reminded me of something simple I say to close our daily team stand-ups: "Thank you, I appreciate you."

I'll admit, some mornings I wonder if saying it every single day dilutes it. But watching Bruce, I'm reminded it doesn't.
