I've spent half my career working alongside founders helping grow their businesses, and the other half building ventures of my own.
My work sits at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and leadership. I tend to show up where things are complex, figure out what's actually needed, and build what helps the business work better. Sometimes that's software. Sometimes it's teams, operating rhythms, or process. More and more, it's AI layered into workflows.
Right now I lead product and software engineering at Curiosity Games. The founders recruited me five years ago to build those functions from scratch. Today the business has nearly ninety locations nationwide, multiple concepts, and a much deeper technology footprint than when I joined.
Before that I co-founded an event technology company during COVID, spent several years leading operational special projects at a publically traded commercial real estate firm, and built a jerky brand from a college project into a nationally distributed consumer product brand.
I'm at my best in entrepreneurial, highly collaborative environments where ambitious, hands-on builders trust each other, move quickly, and care about getting things right.
